LOST & FOUND
Small and lower value items left behind will be available on a table & bins by the Ticket Windows in the Swiss Valley Main Lodge and held for 1 week. After 1 week, items will be discarded, or donated.
For items like wallets, credit cards, phones, skis or snowboards, they will be held at Customer service. You can contact the Customer Service Office by phone 269.244.5635
LOST & FOUND HOLD DURATION
- Small and lower value items will be held for 7 days.
- Items with an assumed high value will be logged and kept for 90 days.
RETRIEVING LOST ITEMS
There are three options for your Lost & Found item:
- We can hold them for 30-days so that you can pick them up from the resort
- We can ship them to you via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, at your expense
- We can donate the item
If items are not picked up within the established amount of time, they will be disposed of or donated. If you have questions you can reach the Customer Service Office by phone 269.244.5635
