Items left behind will be taken to our Customer Service Window in the Swiss Valley Main Lodge. You can contact the Customer Service Office by phone 269.244.5635
LOST & FOUND HOLD DURATION
- Items found will be held for 30 days.
- Items with an assumed value over $100 will be logged and kept for 90 days.
RETRIEVING LOST ITEMS
There are three options for your Lost & Found item:
- We can hold them for 30-days so that you can pick them up from the resort
- We can ship them to you via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, at your expense
- We can donate the item
If items are not picked up within the established amount of time, they will be disposed of or donated. If you have questions you can reach the Customer Service Office by phone 269.244.5635
