Answer: When the base starts to become dry (whitish along the edge) or rough feeling on the base & and the edges should be sharpened when they feel dull and not sharp.
? – What should I do with my equipment in the summer?
Answer: Always have a summer wax put on after you are done for the season. Swiss Valley Ski and Board Shop charges $10 for a ‘summer wax’.
