REFUND POLICY

All season passes purchased are non-refundable. If Swiss Valley is unable to open at all due to COVID -19, or any other reason, all pass monies paid will be applied to the 2025/2026 ski season. However, once we open and start operating, we will not be giving refunds in the event of a government-mandated shutdown, or any other reason. We are taking the risk and bearing the considerable expense of getting open and making snow to prepare for the season. We understand that in order to take advantage of our best pricing options; you will also be taking the risk of purchasing a season pass in advance. If you are uncomfortable with this, we recommend waiting and purchasing daily lift tickets.

Online Advance Ticket & Program Sales are available. Please read through the online sales agreement and consider the 3rd party insurance option before purchasing online tickets. Tickets and Programs (i.e. Valley Kids) purchased in advance online will only be refunded in the event that Swiss Valley is closed the chosen day of your visit.
